Learning the basis of corporate law, deepening principles and questions concerning corporations in USA
First Part (only for law students): Italian regulation about listed companies. Second Part (for economics and law students): Introduction to a comparative approach to business organizations, focusing on USA corporations and relevant principles and questions.
The classes for the First Part (only for law students) will start in March. The classes for the Second Part (for economics and law students) will start in May
oral lessons - discussion on cases
Those who will attend the classes will be asked to do a series of four written tests, concerning the partial contents of the course discussed in the classes before each test. Otherwise the studenti are asked to hold an oral examination on the contents of the course texts. In all cases, the answers provided will be evaluated taking into consideration, above all, their relevance and completeness, as well as the clarity of the exposition. Particular attention will be given to the ability to apply abstract concepts to concrete cases
If the teaching is given in mixed or remote mode, changes may be introduced with respect to what is stated in the syllabus to make the course and exams usable also in these ways
