Conoscenza della filiera tessile
Al termine del corso l’allievo possiede un’approfondita conoscenza delle caratteristiche chimico, fisico e meccaniche delle fibre tessili sia naturali che man-made ed il loro comportamento nei processi della filiera tessile. Queste conoscenze sono la base per sviluppare competenze atte a comprendere i tessuti (ortogonali, a maglia) e le loro specifiche tecniche
Il corso è suddiviso in tre parti
1) classificazione delle fibre tessili.(naturali e chimiche) Le loro caratteristiche e proprietà.
2) processi della filiera tessile. Concetti di sostenibilità ambientale sociale ed economica
3) Struttura dei principali tessuti ortogonali
La didattica si svolgerà tramite lezioni frontali ponendo attenzione al confronto e al dialogo diretto con gli studenti. Durante il corso saranno organizzati sia esercitazioni pratiche nel laboratorio tecnologico tessile “A.J.Zaninoni” (4 ore) sia visite aziendali (8 ore) finalizzate a far approfondire agli studenti le tematiche di maggior interesse esposte durante le lezioni
La verifica dell' apprendimento avviene attraverso una prova scritta di tre ore. La prova scritta è strutturata in domande riguardanti l’intero programma al fine di verificare l’acquisizione da parte degli studenti delle nozioni impartite all'interno dell’insegnamento. La prova comprende cinque quesiti a risposta aperta dove si richiede capacità di abbinare sintesi e semplicità espositiva. L'assegnazione del punteggio avviene attribuendo ad ogni domanda un punteggio che va da 0 a 6 secondo la pertinenza della risposta rispetto alla domanda, la capacità di sintesi e la proprietà di linguaggio. I risultati vengono resi pubblici su internet secondo le modalità indicate prima dell’esame.
Qualora l'insegnamento venisse impartito in modalità mista o a distanza potranno essere introdotte modifiche rispetto a quanto dichiarato nel syllabus per rendere il corso e gli esami fruibili anche secondo queste modalità
Knowledge of the textile supply chain.
At the end of the course the student has a thorough knowledge of the chemical, physical and mechanical properties of textile fibers both natural as man-made and their behavior in the processes of the textile supply chain. This knowledge is the basis for developing competencies in order to understand fabrics ( woven orthogonal, knitted ) and their technical requirements
The course is divided into three parts
1) classification of textile fibers (natural and chemical) Their characteristics and properties.
2) processes of the textile supply chain. Concepts of environmental, economic, and social sustainability
3) Structure of the main orthogonal tissues
The Teaching will take place through lectures focusing on comparison and direct dialogue with students. During the course will be organized both practical exercises in the textile technological laboratory "A.J.Zaninoni" (4 hours) and company visits (8 hours) aimed at getting students to learn the most interesting topics exposed during the lessons
The verification of learning takes place through a written test of three hours. The written test is structured in questions concerning the entire program in order to verify the acquisition by the students of the concepts imparted within the teaching. The test includes five open-ended questions where the ability to combine synthesis and display simplicity is required. The score is awarded by assigning to each question a score ranging from 0 to 6 according to the relevance of the answer with respect to the question, the ability to synthesize and the property of language. The results are made public on the internet according to the methods indicated before the examination.
