The course provides an overview of the use of laboratory and field experiments. The focus is methodological and illustrated by micro and macro examples and applications taken from the literature.
This course intended to:
1. provide the student with knowledge as to how to design and conduct experiments.
2. expose the student to a diverse range of experimental economics research papers.
Students attending should give one paper presentation (50% of the final mark) and a written text (50% of the final mark)
Students not attending should give a written text based on the reading list provided.
The module 86049-MOD2 (3 CFU) is part of the 9 CFU course. Only students with Module 1 (86048-MOD1 6 CFU) in their study plan can choose this integration.
No textbook is required but a reading list will be provided at the beginning of the course. All the material will be available on the e-learning page of the course.
In case of online and mixed learning practices, indications given in the syllabus may be subject to changes in order to facility new or alternative methodology.
