Nessuno, se non le propedeuticità richieste dal piano di studio.
Al termine del modulo lo studente possederà una conoscenza approfondita degli elementi economici e finanziari necessarie per progettare il territorio e pianificare gli interventi di rigenerazione urbana e territoriale. In particolare, il modulo fornisce allo studente adeguati strumenti teorici e metodologici per valutare la fattibilità economica dei progetti di rigenerazione urbana e territoriale e le piste di finanziamento a cui poter accedere.
Il modulo è strutturato in tre parti:
1. Beni pubblici, beni privati e beni comuni
2. La città e il valore immobiliare
- Economia urbana
- Elementi economici di valutazione dei progetti a scala urbana
- Elementi finanziari per la valutazione degli investimenti nel comparto real estate
3. Il territorio e il capitale naturale
- Capitale naturale, soluzioni basate sulla natura e infrastrutture verdi
- L’economia delle infrastrutture verdi
- La valutazione economica del capitale naturale
- Finanziare le infrastrutture verdi
Le modalità didattiche prevedono:
- sia lezioni frontali sia interventi di didattica interattiva che integrano le lezioni frontali con gruppi seminariali e tavoli di discussione;
- esemplificazioni di interventi di rigenerazione territoriale e di quantificazione economica del patrimonio ambientale che saranno integrati nel portfolio degli studenti mediante i project work;
- partecipazione ad attività intensive (spring schools, etc.), anche realizzate con la collaborazione di partner universitari stranieri.
La verifica del profitto avverrà attraverso una prova orale.
La prova orale consisterà in alcune domande e sarà valutata in trentesimi.
Ogni singola risposta verrà valutata secondo i seguenti criteri:
- pertinenza rispetto alla domanda;
- esaustività rispetto alla domanda;
- proposta di nessi appropriati;
- sintesi (non ridondanze e ripetizioni);
- proprietà di linguaggio;
- chiarezza espositiva.
Modalità e contenuti della prova saranno gli stessi per studenti frequentanti e non frequentanti.
La prova orale si terrà per tutti i candidati nello stesso giorno della prova scritta o, in caso di numero elevato degli stessi, per alcuni di essi nel giorno successivo.
Qualora l'insegnamento venisse impartito in modalità mista o a distanza potranno essere introdotte modifiche rispetto a quanto dichiarato nel syllabus per rendere il corso e gli esami fruibili anche secondo queste modalità.

By the end of the course the student will have an in-depth knowledge of the economic and financial elements necessary to plan the territory and the urban and territorial regeneration interventions. In particular, the module provides the student with adequate theoretical and methodological tools to evaluate the economic feasibility of urban and territorial regeneration projects and the financing paths to which they can access.
The module is structured in three parts:
1. Public goods, private assets and common goods
2. The city and the real estate value
- Urban economy
- Economic elements for the evaluation of projects on an urban scale
- Financial elements for the valuation of investments in the real estate sector
3. The territory and the natural capital
- Natural capital, nature based solutions and green infrastructure
- The economics of green infrastructure
- The economic evaluation of natural capital
- Financing green infrastructure
Teaching will take the form of:
- both lectures and interactive teaching interventions that integrate lectures with seminar groups and discussion tables;
- examples of interventions of territorial regeneration and economic quantification of the environmental heritage that will be integrated into the portfolio of the students through the project works;
- participation in intensive activities (spring schools, etc.), also carried out with the collaboration of foreign university partners.
Assessment will be by means of a final oral exam.
The oral exam will consist of some questions and it will be marked out of thirty.
Each separate answer will be assessed according to the following criteria:
- relevance to the question;
- comprehensiveness in relation to the question;
- inclusion of appropriate links;
- conciseness (without redundancy or repetition);
- command of language;
- clarity of presentation.
The procedure and content of the exam will be the same for both attending and non-attending students.
The oral exam will be taken on the same day as the written exam or, in the case of high numbers of candidates, some oral exams will be scheduled the following day.
If the course is taught in blended or distance learning, changes to this syllabus may be introduced.
