Gianluigi Bizioli is Professor of Tax Law and International and EU Tax Law at the University of Bergamo, Department of Law. He teaches Tax Law I at the Accademia della Guardia di Finanza and Advanced Tax Law and International Taxation Law at the Free University of Bozen (Faculty of Economics and Management).
He obtained his Degree in Economics and Business Administration at the University of Bergamo and his Degree in Law at the University of Padua. He got the Ph.D. in International and Comparative Tax Law at the University of Genoa.
He has been visiting researcher at the Faculty of Law of the University of Cambridge (UK) and at the Juristische Fakultät of the Universität Heidelberg (Germany).
Gianluigi is member of the European Association of Tax Law Professors (EATLP), where is also the Italian member of the Academic Committee, and he is member of the Associazione Italiana dei Professori e degli Studiosi di Diritto Tributario (AIPSDT).
He wrote three monographs and more than 60 articles in Italian and International books and journals. He is co-Director of the Italian Journals Rivista di Diritto Finanziario e Scienza delle Finanze and Diritto e Processo Tributario, as well as Editor of the Series Diritto Tributario Contemporaneo, published by Giuffrè.
He is currently of Counsel at PwC TLS in Milan.
