Since March 2021, I am Senior Assistant Professor (RTD B) of Management at the University of Bergamo. Formerly, I served as Junior Assistant Professor (RTD A) and Post-Doc at the Free University of Bozen-Bolzano and as member of the Centre for Family Business Management.
My research lies at the intersection of the family business and social networks fields, with a particular interest in the impact of family relationships on succession, innovation, and internationalization dynamics. In my research, I developed competencies and adopted a variety of qualitative methods (e.g., ethnography, single case study, multiple case studies). Products of my research have been published in international top-ranked journals as Journal of Management (FT50, ABS4*), Entrepreneurship Theory and Practice (FT50, ABS4), Journal of Management Studies (FT50, ABS4), Strategic Entrepreneurship Journal (FT50, ABS4), Journal of World Business (ABS4), Strategic Organization, Jorunal of Knowledge Management and Journal of Family Business Strategy.
